HOW PERSONAL CONSECRATION AFFECTS YOU

Photo courtesy: ShutterStock Consecration   is the solemn dedication to a special purpose or service, usually religious. The word   consecration  literally means "association with the sacred .   1 Our personal consecration is usually a reminder of God’s purpose for our lives. Seen this before? “So I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have.” 2 peter1:12 Purpose does not come alone. It brings a reminder along.  Reminders are practices borne from instruction. They are there to help and keep us from derailing or deviating from God’s plan. I wish that you were one or the other!  But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth! You say, ‘I am rich. I have everything I want. I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked. So I advise you to buy gold from me—gold that has been purified by fire. Then you will be rich. Also buy white garments from me so you will not...
