GOD IS KIND: Prophetic Word

Read part 6 here       The one who made us smile this broadly will settle you in that area of waiting when you lest expect it.   My journey  to being Nkechi’s mum is only one part of my life where I’ve had to obtain things by aggressive faith. There is nothing good that I’ve ever desired that I haven’t had to purposefully switch on my aggressive faith mode to receive.  I have faith stories, from university admissions, to graduating with a second class upper, Landing  jobs, getting a car, hosting conferences and outreaches, winning souls, influencing/possessing territorial dominion, publishing books, getting married and now having children. Everyone of them when shared would provoke anyone to trust God.  However, while these stories have the tendency to portray me as a faith expert, I am far from being one. This is because  whether  God answers or not  he is God. My situation is not enough to validate the credibility of who he...

GOD IS KIND: The Integrity of his promises

Read part 5 here My stomach started bulging. I sent pictures of us to my family. My sister-in-law posted on her WhatsApp status. About two or more people told her my face looked pregnant. She told me and I said my usual, Amen. After all, someone that’s been declaring herself pregnant since August should truly look pregnant by December 😂😂 I focused on my vacation, determined to thoroughly enjoy myself. One morning we all hit the gym and I led a dance exercise. Worried about my bulging tummy, I used a vintage  vibrating exercise belt  on my belly. Click the word to see how it works. It vibrated so intensely that my belly “caught fire” I begged to stop. Vacation was over we went  home. At this point, it was barely 3 days to 2021. I had an assignment to submit at school. I started writing it but noticed it was a struggle. It felt as though something foreign had hit my brain. I was also hosting a 12-hour prayer-thon. I managed to pull through these. Then we went for c...

GOD IS KIND: The Courage of patience

Read part 2 here It was a beautiful morning and yours truly was still bleeding.  I just got done making breakfast and was about to set the table when I felt an extra weight down there. I left the kitchen, washed my hands and sent it below while squatting. Men and brethren, see who fell off me.  The 1cm Fibroid they said I should be operated for A better view of the monster My husband and I gave thanks . God had delivered me early. I took these photos as proofs of his kindness and as reminders that He is still with and for me, regardless.  I became hopeful and patiently waited to conceive another. I can't deny  that I had several moments of sadness and weeping. My husband who wasn't moved by the situation became worried for my worry. He bought me things, took me out regularly and kept asking what he could do to make me happy. While I appreciated his efforts, they weren't enough to comfort my grieving soul. I had many, many days of sadness.   January went by,...

GOD IS KIND: The emptiness of hope

Read part 1 here  In Lagos, I fell ill as soon as I landed. The city is crazy. The traffic is unholy and the carbon monoxide infested air is an extension of hell. I didn't want to get back on that road to any hospital so we got a qualified nurse to come treat me at home.  The Nurse said she couldn't treat me except I did a pregnancy test alongside malaria test. Both came out positive. I was glad that the sickness wasn't Lagos madness inspired. My baby must have wanted to notify me since I refused to take a second look. Unfortunately, she used one of those quinine brands  in attempt to protect the baby. She sadly didn't check with me first.  I became miserable from all the itching like one who hugged devil's beans. I tried to rest as much as I could and thoroughly enjoyed both my family and ministry itinerary while being pampered like an egg. I preached passionately at the event I was invited to. I talked about loving God and serving him devotedly even when disa...

3 CAUSES OF INEFFICACY

This message was originally taught at an online youth conference themed, The forceful. To get Anne to speak at your event, Go here The ability to produce a desired or intended result is called Efficacy (oxford). We are configured to reproduce AS the father! I didn't say like the father. Like is similar.  As is exactly  Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. John 14:12  The plan of God is not for us stop where Jesus stopped.  It is for us to manifest the things Jesus didn't have the time to do.  Therefore, if a situation comes up and we don't produce results exactly as Jesus would have, then it means something is out of line.  It is those things that I  came to fix. Read: 3 Glories of Jesus and how to adopt them There are 3 things that cause misalignment in a son! 1. Absence of light. Call to me and I will answer you and ...

HOW TO SPOT A GOOD MAN

Last night at Insure your marriage  online conference, I was privileged to teach on the subject, Good men are hard to find. Is that  true? Destroying the myths and lies that make women settle for less than God's best. This post is a copy of what I shared with them. I did a different post for a meaty part of the Q and A.  Check it out. Once you are done with this.  Let's Define God's best God's best in marriage is a spouse and a situation that sets you up for growth  in these areas 👉Spiritual 👉Financial 👉Emotional 👉Relational The term set up means it may not be in the "package" that you expect because it is first committed to helping you mature into God's picture of you,  than it is about making you feel fly. If you truly understand this, you will be delivered from these o n your marital journey,  ✅ Comparison  ✅Jealousy ✅ impatience/Haste ✅ Discouragement Please don't misunderstand me. I am not saying that your current psychologically s...

MYRRH BETWEEN MY BREASTS

I love what I have with the Lord. It is an honour to enjoy God as Lord, to enjoy him as King, as Shepherd, Protector, defender, Secret Keeper, Sin-Stain remover and ultimately as lover. You might agree with me that the christian faith is so refreshing as we encounter diverse dimensions of God on our journey. The book of Song of Solomon or Song of Songs is one of my favourite books of the bible. Not to say, I didn't have a "do not approach" mindset to it during my single days.  (Laughs) Like most believers who dread the book because of its sensual overtone, I didn't really begin studying it till after I got married.  I am not sure why I waited that long because way back in my single days, I already had some level of depth with Christ as a lover. I wrote him many poems as an overflow of our romance but my eyes weren't open to the well of love in song of songs until one day (my now married days), the Lord sent me there on our love rendez...

3 GLORIES OF JESUS: AND HOW YOU MAY ADOPT THEM - III

This is the continuation of a  previous post 3.  His Glory as an All-Providing Bridegroom In  John 3:29–30 , John the Baptist speaks one last time about the superiority of Jesus. He says, “The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete. He must increase, but I must decrease.” The last thing John says about Jesus in this Gospel is that he is the bridegroom who has the bride, his growing band of disciples. And the first miracle Jesus does is to complete what the bridegroom at a wedding could not do. John 2:9–10  shows that the groom was finally responsible for the wine as his wedding. Which means it was his shortcoming that let the wedding run out of wine. Verse 9: “When the master of the feast [not the groom but the head waiter] tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though ...
