TAMAR'S POUCH RAPE RECOVERY BOOT CAMP

Statistics may be boring, but it brings a rude awakening to the realities of everyday life. Barely four months ago, the Lagos state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Adeniji Kazeem, disclosed that in 2017, there has been 60 defilement cases, 30 rape cases, 11 attempted rape cases, 123 child abuse cases in Lagos state alone! I was about  discarding the heavy impression to host the Tamar’s Pouch Rape Recovery Boot Camp because my flesh felt I was doing enough via save a girl child outreach already;  when I got a call from a stranger about an under aged girl being gang raped yesterday.  The shock moved from my ear drums into my heart and my “thinking-I’m-doing-enough-flesh” received a jolt back to reality. I'M GRATEFUL TO YOU!!!

When 2017 made a grand entrance, my heart was confident in the Lord to make it a year of satisfaction for me and for you as He promised. Then came Save A Girl Child Outreach in January, when together, we led 69 girls to Jesus Christ , freely distributed 247 copies of the book TAMAR to the girls, educated and counseled them over sexual abuse. July made a jolly introduction to Tamar's Pouch Conference , during which  50 young women were encouraged, strengthened and inspired to live fulfilled lives,  knowing that God was obsessed with them. And then the memorable  JTOW outreach at Makoko. Together , we dewormed 250 children and ministered to well over 1000 people via the truth of the love of Jesus Christ , 25 sacks of books, clothes, shoes,

Patriarch refers to any of the biblical figures regarded as fathers of the human race, especially Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and or the sons of Jacob. However,  the clause Patriachs of faith refers person(s) regarded as the father or founder of an order, class (in this case the order of faith) (online dictionary) These men of old, the patriarchs of ancient times, made a record and obtained witness to their high character and achievements through bold displays of faith. Let’s have a look at some of them. I will not talk about the popular patriarchs; as we all know and can apply dimensions of their faith exhibits to our lives. I will talk about the unpopular ones     1.     Jashobeam : Leader of David's top three mighty men who killed 800 mighty warrior in a single battle.  As "simple" as this sounds on paper/screen, it is a rare feat wroth by faith. It takes a man who
