THE JOSEPHIC LAW- 5 Infallible rules of promotion

1. Recognize Your Source and Channels

Take a look at the picture above. What do  you see? A partridge or a girl's lips and nose?
Even though people might not recognize the tree and the nest of the birds because it appears to be a lady's hair, the birds know exactly where they are going.

In life, people would not always have the right perception of you. However, it will be to your detriment if you let their perception sway you off your feet.

Potiphera saw a six-packed, fine faced dude with excellent leadership qualities in Joseph. From these qualities she perceived that he would be a "hot-sex-mate".
Joseph knew he had all those qualities but he didnt let potiphera's perception make him go blind on God as his source and potiphar as his channel of promotion.

Joseph's ability to RECOGNIZE that a master placed him over his house, enabled him to see sex with Potiphera as wickedness against his channel and sin against his source. Genesis 39:8-10

No one who fails to recognize their source and the channels by which God has chosen to lift them can ever get lasting promotion.

Don't let people's perception fool you. You are a "WORK-IN-PROGRESS". Do not let yourself get fooled into believing that you can overlook the source and the channels.

2. Highly Regard Your Source and Channels

Most times when a highly placed individual come crashing, it is often because they disregarded this law.
It is impossible for you to dishonor or take your source or channel for granted and expect to benefit of them.
Joseph  regarded God and potiphar. He saw sex with potiphera as a breach of trust and wickedness.

The luxury of blessings can easily make people forget God and those he used to bless them.
Never let that happen with you.

It was Joseph's high regard for God that made him get his brothers out of prison when he initially placed them there over a rush of emotion. Genesis 42:14-18

A man who highly regards his source and channels would be preserved  in crisis.

3. Acknowledge God

The entire account on Joseph reveals that he acknowledged God. To acknowledge is to accept the existence or truth of something.
He never failed to make those who sought a dream's interpretation know that GOD was behind that ability. Genesis 40:8, Genesis 41:16

It takes a FOOL to think that there is no God and a HUGER FOOL to think that he/she is his/her own God.

Lasting promotion is in the custody of the Almighty and if you must excel in life or whatever you do, you must ACKNOWLEDGE God as the one who has enabled you to get there.

Stop saying, "my sweat brought me here", "my family connection got me that" ; because there are lots of people who worked harder than you did and even had better connected families, that never got what you got.

All you own or would ever become is a function of God's doing.
 Don't fool yourself.

4. Serve In Unfavorable Conditions

Joseph was moved from the Palace into a pit/dungeon, yet he continued to care for others. Genesis 40:15

When the warden put Joseph in charge of the prison, Joseph didn't say, "who told you I want to stay here forever?" Neither did he say, "A whole me. After ruling in potiphar's house, how can I come to care for this dungeon?"
He accepted the responsibility and genuinely used his gifts (dream interpretation) in that dungeon.

Joseph didn't get mad at God. He didn't say,  "How dare God let me in to a dungeon despite my refusal to sin against him? why didn't He do something to prove my innocence?"

I have being in situations where I did everything right and honoured God and He didn't show up when and how I wanted. However, when He did it was the perfect time and the perfect way!

I don't know what pain, disappointment or shame that you are into at the moment, despite your loyalty, sacrifice, love and commitment to God. I want you to know that God never owes anyone. He rewards in full.  So hang in there and continue to do what you were doing in love and loyalty to Him. He would soon show up in a way that will daze you. He is still there with you, even though you cant see nor sense Him.

Just keep Serving; Your pay day is near.

5. Know Your Purpose

Your purpose is the distinguishing element that defines you and gives essence to your life.

It cannot be assumed, you must KNOW IT!
See my book Prothesis on how to find and fulfill purpose.

Joseph knew why God had brought him to Egypt. He boldly stated to his brothers, "But God sent me ahead of you to preserve for you a remnant on earth and to save your lives by a great deliverance." Genesis 45:7

Knowing your purpose, enables you to respond to life's lemon the right way. You wont entertain suicidal thoughts when hell sets lose on you because you know that " God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love HIM and are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

When you know your purpose, you will stay true to yourself and God in spite of all.

Destiny never promotes anyone by accident. You must know who you are, whose you are and what you are created to fix.

Never break the JOSEPHIC LAWS of PROMOTION

GOD IS KIND: The Integrity of his promises

Read part 5 here My stomach started bulging. I sent pictures of us to my family. My sister-in-law posted on her WhatsApp status. About two or more people told her my face looked pregnant. She told me and I said my usual, Amen. After all, someone that’s been declaring herself pregnant since August should truly look pregnant by December 😂😂 I focused on my vacation, determined to thoroughly enjoy myself. One morning we all hit the gym and I led a dance exercise. Worried about my bulging tummy, I used a vintage  vibrating exercise belt  on my belly. Click the word to see how it works. It vibrated so intensely that my belly “caught fire” I begged to stop. Vacation was over we went  home. At this point, it was barely 3 days to 2021. I had an assignment to submit at school. I started writing it but noticed it was a struggle. It felt as though something foreign had hit my brain. I was also hosting a 12-hour prayer-thon. I managed to pull through these. Then we went for c...

GOD IS KIND: Prophetic Word

Read part 6 here       The one who made us smile this broadly will settle you in that area of waiting when you lest expect it.   My journey  to being Nkechi’s mum is only one part of my life where I’ve had to obtain things by aggressive faith. There is nothing good that I’ve ever desired that I haven’t had to purposefully switch on my aggressive faith mode to receive.  I have faith stories, from university admissions, to graduating with a second class upper, Landing  jobs, getting a car, hosting conferences and outreaches, winning souls, influencing/possessing territorial dominion, publishing books, getting married and now having children. Everyone of them when shared would provoke anyone to trust God.  However, while these stories have the tendency to portray me as a faith expert, I am far from being one. This is because  whether  God answers or not  he is God. My situation is not enough to validate the credibility of who he...

GOD IS KIND: The potency of trust

Read Part 4 here On this third day of praise, I felt like drinking Chinese tea. My praise jam was on already and I was reading my bible and making my confessions in preparation for my dance. I couldn’t shake off the urge to drink the tea. I made it and started sipping.  I started cramping badly. I was wondering why is this happening, I’ve had my period already. I don’t have endometriosis anymore. I will tell you how God delivered me from that one shortly.I continued my dance in pain. Before I knew it, I felt pressured below. I washed my hands and sent it there. Men and brethren, Look who came out . Both are the same fibroid. Picture 1: After I washed it. Picture 2: When it just fell out. I  felt different  emotions at once. One of which was fear. Ah God! What is this again? Are there more? What next? How long would this monster keep coming back? I summoned courage and resumed my praise. I gave my best dance that third day.  Shortly afterwards, my husband called. I di...
