The Battle of Allegiances: The World's Plot to Pit Us Against God

There has been a deliberate scheme to pit us against our God, parading us in the public eye.

"They" are selecting every action deemed sinful by the word of God and transforming them into laws, causing us to fear "them" and consequently become adversaries of God. It's no surprise that Apostle James warns us, "You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore, whoever chooses to be a friend of the world renders himself an enemy of God" (James 4:4).

Let us not be misled. The Scriptures state that neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who display traditionally feminine characteristics inappropriate for a man (effeminate), nor homosexuals... will inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9).

Fornication has been trivialized in our movies, with children and teenagers being taught explicit sexual content in schools, provided with free condoms, and encouraged to explore. If in a relationship, one or both people choose to abstain, they are mocked.

Idolatry is subtly presented through shows we innocently adore, where individuals are openly called idols, desensitizing our minds to the severity of the term. We casually refer to them as idols until we fail to recognize that we have turned a human being, a platform, or an object into a god in our hearts.

Media plays a role in portraying adultery as well. The sympathetic storyline features a mistress depicted as a victim in need of salvation, oppressed by the neglectful wife (Mrs.) who fails to care for her husband (Mr.). Although we should support marriages, the portrayal leads us to believe that the wife is "evil," justifying the mistress's actions. We end up applauding what the Bible clearly denounces as an abomination.

Regarding effeminate behaviour, we witness girls imitating boys and boys emulating girls. Any attempt to correct this behaviour is criticized, and the concept of personal identity becomes distorted and overly permissive. We are encouraged to adopt any identity, ranging from crossing gender norms to overtly mimicking animals like cats, dogs, or even ants. Choosing one's identity is now deemed acceptable.

Homosexuality is supported and propagated under the banner of pride, a word that God Himself despises. The Bible states, "God opposes the proud but shows favour to the humble." Therefore, let us submit to God, resist the devil, and watch him flee from us (James 4:6-7). Proverbs also warns us that when pride emerges, disgrace follows (Proverbs 11:2) and that the Lord detests all forms of pride (Proverbs 16:5). How can we willingly label ourselves with something that God detests?

In the past, a king erected a statue and demanded that everyone bow down before it. Three young men who refused were thrown into a fiery furnace. Today, the rulers of this world have established numerous figurative statues, coercing us to conform, adapt, accept, or passively tolerate their ideologies. Failure to comply may result in unemployment, imprisonment, or exclusion from influential circles. Various forms of adversity await us. However, by approving, consenting to, or accepting these things, we place ourselves in enmity with God. Are we truly willing to befriend this world?

If our answer is no, then we must consider how much opposition we are prepared to face, overcome, experience, or be delivered from by the one true King.

Let us diligently prepare ourselves and children for the impending darkness that lies ahead. We must remain VIGILANT and rooted in our faith, despite the world's attempts to sway us. Our allegiance should be to CHRIST, not to the world's ever-changing values.

GOD IS KIND: The Integrity of his promises

Read part 5 here My stomach started bulging. I sent pictures of us to my family. My sister-in-law posted on her WhatsApp status. About two or more people told her my face looked pregnant. She told me and I said my usual, Amen. After all, someone that’s been declaring herself pregnant since August should truly look pregnant by December 😂😂 I focused on my vacation, determined to thoroughly enjoy myself. One morning we all hit the gym and I led a dance exercise. Worried about my bulging tummy, I used a vintage  vibrating exercise belt  on my belly. Click the word to see how it works. It vibrated so intensely that my belly “caught fire” I begged to stop. Vacation was over we went  home. At this point, it was barely 3 days to 2021. I had an assignment to submit at school. I started writing it but noticed it was a struggle. It felt as though something foreign had hit my brain. I was also hosting a 12-hour prayer-thon. I managed to pull through these. Then we went for c...

GOD IS KIND: Prophetic Word

Read part 6 here       The one who made us smile this broadly will settle you in that area of waiting when you lest expect it.   My journey  to being Nkechi’s mum is only one part of my life where I’ve had to obtain things by aggressive faith. There is nothing good that I’ve ever desired that I haven’t had to purposefully switch on my aggressive faith mode to receive.  I have faith stories, from university admissions, to graduating with a second class upper, Landing  jobs, getting a car, hosting conferences and outreaches, winning souls, influencing/possessing territorial dominion, publishing books, getting married and now having children. Everyone of them when shared would provoke anyone to trust God.  However, while these stories have the tendency to portray me as a faith expert, I am far from being one. This is because  whether  God answers or not  he is God. My situation is not enough to validate the credibility of who he...

GOD IS KIND: The potency of trust

Read Part 4 here On this third day of praise, I felt like drinking Chinese tea. My praise jam was on already and I was reading my bible and making my confessions in preparation for my dance. I couldn’t shake off the urge to drink the tea. I made it and started sipping.  I started cramping badly. I was wondering why is this happening, I’ve had my period already. I don’t have endometriosis anymore. I will tell you how God delivered me from that one shortly.I continued my dance in pain. Before I knew it, I felt pressured below. I washed my hands and sent it there. Men and brethren, Look who came out . Both are the same fibroid. Picture 1: After I washed it. Picture 2: When it just fell out. I  felt different  emotions at once. One of which was fear. Ah God! What is this again? Are there more? What next? How long would this monster keep coming back? I summoned courage and resumed my praise. I gave my best dance that third day.  Shortly afterwards, my husband called. I di...
