IN HONOUR OF THE ONE WHO LOVES

Wrapped in swaddling clothes  You seemed ordinary But the earth and it's cosmic force loudly pronounced your kingship  You weren't born to rule  You already ruled long before the foundation of the earth  You were born for me  Compressed into human size Just so my limited mind may comprehend your worth  When you touched me  It was the dance for all eternity  Your gentle strokes re-wrote my destiny  You only are my ecstasy  The definition of true value   Read: When We Call Him Abba You are the inestimable jewel of zion The hope of all mankind It's to disaster that men reject your identity as Son of God And  to call you His son is partly true about your identity  For we know that you are God himself  You are the Firstfruit of the father The first-born of the living The hope of the age to come And my guarantee of royalty on earth  Read: Is Jesus Really the Only Way to God? 5 THINGS YOU SHOULD DO DIFFERENTLY IN THE NEW YEAR TO GET CLOSER TO YOUR GOALS

When they sent the fireworks up and the knock outs hit the atmosphere, our heart swirled with joy as loved ones screamed “Happy new year” sandwiched in hugs and perhaps kisses. That was 12 (twelve) months away. 2016 probably made a grand entrance for you I guess? Well, it did for me. Not necessarily because it was a new year, basically because I had exciting goals I really wanted to achieve. Did I achieve them? Hmmmmmmmmm Yes and no… Yes, I achieved most. And No, because I learnt 101 ways not to approach the others. With 2017, been a few weeks away, I’ve thought hard about why I couldn’t achieve everything on my goal list; especially those that are 100% dependant on man’s strategy. Based on my introspective analysis, here are some of the things you and I need to do differently to get closer to our goals in the New Year. 1.    Review Goals Monthly: You know there are goals that sit right at the front lobe of your brain huh? Those ones that you never

5 COUNTRIES I STRONGLY HOPE TO VISIT BEFORE 30 AND WHY

So my birthday is in a bit. Well, a month and many days away;January 23 precisely. Oh wait!  NOT  my 30 th  birthday.  The pretty 30 is a few years ahead and I’m joyfully anticipating that day; but before I turn 30, here are a list of countries I strongly hope to have visited. 1.     Mexico:  Everyone who owns and watches the famous Telemundo station is familiar with some of the beauty of the Mexican culture. Just before you assume, Telemundo didn’t form my desire to visit mexico. I first knew about Mexico when I was 7 years old, from a story book which also mentioned Newzealand. I had never heard of those countries before and I kept wondering what it would be like to live in them. (Laughs) Well, I later got to know they speak Spanish. A language I consider the most romantic in the world and I’m trying in my little way to learn the basics. #Winks I want to visit mexico for the love of the blue oceans, their music and I hear their food is amazing. And oh, about th

HOW TO MAXIMIZE THE PRESENT

My eyes open unto a new day and my brain automatically resets from dream world to the conscious. I become aware of my immediate surrounding and the location of my body- on a bed, the floor, a bench, or a tree. Being awake reiterates the importance of awareness and consciousness . The two distinct qualities required for living in the present successfully. Hi!  I’m Anne Atulaegwu and I’m about to show you how to use your NOW successfully . (Stretching my hands in a bid to shake) When I was younger, I couldn’t wait to be a woman. I look back at that time and I’m not sure what inspired the hurry. I just know I wanted to wear mummy’s shoes because they were stilettos and I wanted a bulge on my chest so I can wear brassieres like her. (Chuckles) I did play dress up with my younger sister. I will pad up my chest with some clothes and wear momma’s brassieres. I will imagine how I would look as an adult. Mummy didn’t use make up. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t ha
